Signal flags have been used internationally as a means of communication between ships for over 150 years. Signal flags are essentially the first form of texting… on the water!

There are 26 signal flags, and in combinations, you can say almost anything. When you visit the store, be sure to look up your initials. It is a bit like reading your horoscope, silly but so much fun. People get excited and end up looking up the initials of their family and friends. Usually lots of laughs!
