Fallingwater is the only remaining major Frank Lloyd Wright-designed house with its setting, original furnishings, and artwork intact. In 2019, Fallingwater was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List with seven other Wright sites. 

Fallingwater is open for tours daily except Wednesdays, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm EST, mid-March through November, Saturdays, and Sundays in December, and the day after Christmas through New Year's Eve. Exterior walks are available year-round. 

Fallingwater offers interior guided architectural, in-depth and focus tours, family field trips, and trained and self-guided exterior tours.

Fallingwater is an experience of architecture and nature. There is considerable walking indoors and outdoors during your tour.

Please wear comfortable shoes and allow up to 2 hours for your visit. Stop by the Green Restaraunt Certified Fallingwater Cafe, Museum Store, and Exhibition Gallery. 

Children must be at least six years old to accompany a guided house tour of Fallingwater. 

Grounds passes and exterior Family Field Trips are available for families with children younger than 6.

Reservations for interior tours are essential. Tours book early, especially during the Summer and Fall, so please plan ahead and make reservations to ensure you get the date you prefer! 

Special events include Forest-to-Table Dinners and the annual Fallingwater Soirée in August.

Not sure what month to visit Fallingwater? Each season brings something new to your experience at Fallingwater. While fall is the most popular time, the foliage surrounding the house blossoms with native mountain laurel in late May and mature native rhododendrons in late June through early July.

During your tour, look for beautiful pieces of Tiffany on display in many rooms throughout Fallingwater! There are 13 pieces in Fallingwater’s collection including lamps, picture frames, vases, candlesticks and trays.
